A modern polycarbonate co-extrusion plant currently configured for LED tube light and batten manufacturing.
Equipped with an automatic SMT production line rated at approximately 50,000 components per hour, suitable for large-size LED PCBs up to around 1500 x 350 mm.
Commercial manufacturing capacity of approximately 3,000–5,000 LED tube lights/battens per day, depending on model and configuration.

Establishment and automation

The plant was established in 2024 and the complete production setup was fully commissioned and tested by March 2025.
